I was talking to Mom the other day, and we were talking about intelligence as pertaining to social etiquette, and she made the very accurate observation that very smart people seem to have everything together except one aspect, whatever it may be. There's always this one thing that they seem to be screwed up over or just can't seem to get right.

And then we talked about how smart people can sometimes find ingenuous (sp?) ways to hide whatever it is that goes wrong. brb... Gas.
